WHM is compliant with the Charities Governance Code as set out by the Charities Regulator 2018 which specifies the key principles and Standards by which we operate.

Our Annual Reports and Annual Accounts are submitted to the Charities Regulator annually and published on the Charities Regulator website

As a Company Limited by Guarantee we comply the Annual Reporting requirements of the Companies Registration Office (CRO)

We operate a Revenue on Line (ROS) Account and are approved for the Scheme for Tax Relief for Donations to Eligible Charities
